Silviano Contreras

Silviano Contreras is proud to serve the La Grange community, the place he has always called home. A graduate of La Grange High School, Silviano grew up in Fayette County and understands the local land, neighborhoods, and people on a personal level.

 

In 2016, he purchased his own ranch in the area, where he operates a small cattle operation. As both a landowner and investor, Silviano brings firsthand experience in ranch properties, rural real estate, and investment strategy. He actively invests in real estate, cattle, and short term rentals, giving his clients practical insight into building long term wealth through property ownership.

 

Beyond real estate, Silviano works as an Alternative Delivery Manager for Michels Corporation, where he manages complex infrastructure projects. This professional background gives him strong skills in negotiation, contracts, budgeting, and execution, all of which directly benefit his real estate clients.
